Okay this is quite minimal as a project plan - I think you need to add more depth to all your work and make sure you really do improve the academic level - make sure you really critically research to write your article and that you are writing - nowhere in this pla do you say that you are writing and that you will draft the article, get feedback and rewrite teh article and you will keep doing this to get it right which is what good writing is.
