Hello!

Finally,  today I will show you my film- "End of Friendship"

My film is about teen problems that are always in life- relationship , jealously, betrayal, and violence. My film is also a combination of two worlds: virtual and real. I would like to show how much the same is different in these two worlds. I chose this topic because it presents how many people are unaware of it.

Editing Film

Hello 

Today I will show you my work on my film.

It was a difficult process because not everything fits in right away.
It is also a very long process due to the matching of all music, picture, hooker and colours to each other takes a lot of time. 

I used Premier pro to edited my film, this application is good in terms of editing and colours but of course like any such application is not perfect. Unfortunately, I had problems with jamming and removing the sound that was saved. 

Here I put all files on the timeline, I connected everything together and cut out what was superfluous and I try chose. 

Here I chose temperature, exposure, contrast, highlights shadows, whites and blacks to everything matched and lest the picture be exaggerated. It is very laborious and you have to pay very much attention to the details. In this case I set the temperature to -13, exposure to -0.8, contrast to 53, highlight 40, shadows 9.2, whites -17 and blacks -26. I think I chose the right one because it was not easy and I changed every time.

I added music to add a film atmosphere, it's not difficult but it requires a lot of focus and patience.
Then I cut the songs to suit the scene. 










Here I chose vignette: amount, midpoint, roundness, and feather. I spent a lot of time on it, but finally I chose not to change anything here because it is not needed.

Here I chose shades of shadows, midtones,  and highlight. Shadows and  midtones have shades of orange and the highlight has a shade of blue.

Here I chose : Faded film, sharpen, vibrance, saturation. My faded is 90, sharpen is 8.1, vibrance is 24.5, and saturation is 58.  And I chose shadow tint and highlight tint, shades of green and blue are quite similar.

Here I try add end effects, such as caption to add all cast and end the movie nicely.

I used the effects bookmarks which is on the bar at the top.
       

The whole process was very long and exhausting, along with constant problems but I think that I did the task.

Preparing Introduction- WiX

Hi 

I needed to look for music for my film and I will show you today what sides I correlated with and if I found something interesting.  

I found some website but I used only one. I will show you every site which I used

Firstly, I found  Mobygratis, this is obviously a free download site. It has a wide sound base so there is a lot to choose from, unfortunately I did not find anything interesting that I could use for my film.

It is possible to listen to the song earlier so it's cool but as any such site doesn't give you the confidence to find exactly what you want. The site is easy to use and transparent. I like that it is possible not only to download but also to download music on spotify. Unfortunately some songs are also stuttering.  

Another website is Free music achive, this is both paid and free application. It has a small amount of songs for free which is a downside of this site. But you can find something interesting there. And this time also I found nothing what I expected for the project.  The website is well designed, you can choose a song to suit humour or tempo . It have also a large database of music genres so everyone will find something for themselves. The biggest downside is that to have access to all this we have to pay. Visually, the page does not quite fall into my tastes, but everyone likes something different. 

It's also quite chaotic for me.

Last website is Thematic, this is free music  for  everyone. This is my favourite site because  I found there everything what I wanted. It is visually beautiful, though also chaotic but It contain a huge music base for every humour and genre. It have has not only music but also video films on different subjects. The downside is that sometimes the songs stutter and are not found on other bailouts like You Tube.

From all these websites I recommend thematic because for me it is the best site and I found everything I was looking for there. of course it was not easy but with time I found it.



      

                  Oh, the Moon!

This song I like it is delicate and suitable for one scene so I think I have chosen well. Unfortunately, not the whole song fits the whole movie so I had to match everything.

Sims- Preparation

Hi 

Today I would like to show my work on creating a virtual world in a sims game.

To be honest I thought it would be a quick process, unfortunately not, it is a very busy process.

Firstly, I started by creating my actors in the virtual world.

These photos show how I created them:

I started to the test so that my actors are also mentally similar to real ones.

Here I  matched Alex's eyes color so that it was similar to the real one. I chose the brown color and I thought with ebede she had a problem with her hair, but in this case this game surprised me positively, because I found perfect hair, identical to that of the actress.

while it was more difficult to choose clothes, because the game does not have exactly such clothes but I tried to choose the most similar, so I chose a black dress and  a t-shirt with gray tracksuits.

 Here I chose Jack's outfit and I chose the shape of the eyes to make the hero look like a real actor.

Here I matched my eyes to the heroine - Patricia. 

The negative feature of this game is that you can't reproduce real things exactly.  But I can't complain because it has a lot of features like emotions or character behavior. 

If someone likes to play games about life, I highly recommend playing Sims because of a great game, it is very similar to real life.

Stephen Daldry

Hello

Today I will introduce you the next producer-  Stephen Daldry

He is English film and theatre Director "know for his sensitive and nuanced treatments of stories featuring conflicted characters" Pallardy (2020).

One of his short film "Billy Elliot" was nominated for several Academy Awards, including best Director. The film is about the boy who finds refuge in ballet.

Unfortunately, i didn't seen this film so I can't recommend it but I thing that it could be a good movie.

Although, I saw another his film: "Eight".

                      "Eight"( 1998)

This film is about young boy, who is a soccer fan. He has to come to terms with living in a strange new town and the loss of his father. It's a short  film from 1998.

I chose this film, because it's different from many movies. For example, is different in terms of film sharpness and narrative. Daldry used diegetic and nondiegetic sound to viewer can experience what the hero. Film focus isn't accurate, blurry. I don't like it because I have no pleasure watching this movie. The lighting is dark (low key lighting) so we don't see many things.

Thanks to that I know what to pay attention to when making and editing a movie, I know what and what it looks like.
